Lindblads policy for handling personal data:

Only keep personal data as long as needed. Do not save personal data to permanent data structures unless the user/customer is able to edit and/or delete the data.

The only place personal data is intact is in the live databases on production systems.

Transient data for processing is deleted as soon as processing is complete.

 

If a database containing personal data is copied for development or test purposes, a script to delete or obfuscate personal data must be run.

When the development or test process has completed the database copy must be deleted.
